Whether you have tight hamstrings or stiff backs forward bend postures can be daunting.

During this 3-hour workshop will go over ways to overcome and better manage the physical and mental resistance of going into forward bend poses to achieve the more quietening mental aspect they bring.

We will go over basic anatomy, use of props and variations of poses, for a better experience and understanding of standing and seated forward extensions such as Pashimottanasana or Uttanasana.

This workshop is open to all levels, though some previous Iyengar yoga experience is preferred.
