Back from Mexico, and now Thanksgiving!

Teaching in jungle houses in Puerto Vallarta was a treat! I knew most of the students from SF; I had only one new student who was a great addition to the group!

Thank you everyone who made the trip a success, I am looking at dates to go back for a week early 2018, so stay tuned if you want to come back or if you don’t want to miss on this opportunity! (The next yoga trip after that will be the intensive week in France in September)
