Back from Brittany!

My first week long yoga retreat in France just ended. Saint Briac is a very sweet Breton village close to Dinard and Saint Malo. The yoga was taught in the old Presbytery (no fancy yoga retreat centers like we have here!), students stayed in houses in the heart of the village sharing the space “family style”! It is a very unique experience and I look forward to another one in September 2017.
