Just attended a weekend workshop at IYISF lead by Carrie Owerko, a NYC teacher. The theme of the weekend was Dynamic Alignment, we looked into and played with the many relations or relationships between body parts in movement to find a formula that brings optimal body functionality. In my case I found a true cohesion between parts that often feel stuck (= tight or formerly injured) and the more responding parts to bring a sense of inner and outer balance. It was fun!
