Many of you come to my classes or workshops (or retreat in France!) and you may have enjoyed the learning and experience. I owe all I know to my Iyengar teachers and to my (little) experience being in Pune with the Iyengar family. Time to sign-up to make this retreat a go! If you are not sure this is for you contact me. This retreat is limited to 15 students, it requires 6 months of Iyengar Yoga experience. This is an intensive (4 to 5 hours of yoga, breath awareness, talks) but a vacation as well.

We could not have wished for a better group, better weather… at this amazing place in Mill Valley! Ralston White Retreat is a hidden treasure surrounded by redwood trees only 35mimutes away from San Francisco, away from all and everything. A beautiful place to practice yoga & quieten down enjoying the silence, nature, each other and the practice we shared together. What a treat!
