I am teaching a class to benefit IRC: International Rescue Committee who does amazing work with the refugee crisis, this class is at Satori Yoga Studio (Satori) at 5:30pm on Wednesday, 11/25.
If you belong to the Bay Club I will teach at 9:30am on Thanksgiving Day!

In addition to the monthly restorative session , last Friday of the month, which now fills up quickly, I am adding a weekly class at Tantara (914 Pacific Avenue). RSVP required, 5 students minimum for the class to happen but 10 maximum. Class is on Fridays*, 5:30pm-7pm- $20
*with the exception of the last Friday of the month when the longer restorative session is scheduled
A new class for November and December, on the Fridays when we don’t meet for the Monthly 2.5 restorative session I will teach a shorter version at 6pm until 7:30pm for 1.5 hour/ $20.
