The reasons for upper body tensions are often not well understood and are multiple, whether it is stress, posture, genetic predisposition, infection, light or sound sensitivity, hormones, medication use, repetitive motion etc….
The most common type of headache, the “tension h
eadache” and the severity of the symptoms associated with it can vary widely from one person to another and can seriously affect our ability to handle daily routine activities. In this workshopwe will look at better understanding the neck/head/shoulder region anatomically; and we will learn and practice the yoga postures that help prevent and manage the pain to set you up with what you need to better manage your symptoms.
