The program starts on Thursday 1/19 at 4:15pm, and we offer a free sample class one week prior on Thursday 1/12 at 4:15pm!

A group class can initially be intimidating , particularly for the beginner or the student with special needs or physical limitations.
A private or semi-private class is the perfect way to address questions and inquiries directly with the teacher, while in the pose before and after!
