Iyengar Yoga as an invitation for slowing down! The demands of the Iyengar practice lies in the presence it requires to be attentive, caring, and responsive to the pose as you build it step by step. It is an invitation for slowing down, and in engaging with our full attention in what we are doing. Often less centered on the flow and speed aspects.
