Check my classes for this week, no Friday 8am but Thursday 5:30pm + Free class at Bayview Hunter’s Point on Saturday @ 10:30am (after the 8am at Kimball Park and before the Women’s March, a busy Saturday!)

Tomorrow Wednesday 9/23, all the proceeds of my 5:30pm class will be donated to the Red Cross to help victims of the wildfires on the West Coast.
