Join the four-week Introduction to Iyengar Yoga course starting on June 23rd! Reserve your space at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco!

Start Date June 23rd, End Date July 14th (Bastille Day!)

“Introductory Series 1 is designed to introduce the Iyengar method of Hatha yoga. Basic standing, sitting, forward extension, introductory inversion, and restorative postures will be taught. Each class will build upon the prior class. Upon completion, the student will be prepared to develop and deepen their understanding through Introductory Series 2 or Level 1 classes.”

The Iyengar Institute of San Francisco (IYISF) has now moved to its new location at 2201 Sutter Street ( @Pierce).

I will be teaching two regular weekly classes there: Saturdays @ 11am and Mondays @4pm

The first class is this coming Saturday!

Please join me for a Happy (fundraising) Hour event at Satori Yoga Studio on Saturday, April 5th from 5pm until 8pm (40 First Street, second floor). All the proceeds will be donated to the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco to support the move to its new home in the Fillmore district and the expansion of its programs to a larger community.
