Happy new year and all the best for 2017! It was my first time in Baja California, and I fell in love with the island Espiritu Santo and La Paz area!
Some of my yoga goals to start the year are:
Continue meeting students on one-to-one, or semi- private settings as they do help a lot with specific issues or deeper understanding of poses. (Check the class package deals I offer or just ask me!)
Plan more Yoga vacation specifically in France (stay tuned for the September retreat, the dates and prices will be up soon) but also locally that everyone can come! (check the Mill Valley weekend in March!)
Start studying for my next level of Iyengar yoga certification! Get ready for practicing new poses soon!
I look forward to seeing all of you soon on the mat, and again Bonne Annee 2017!

Due to low registrant numbers I decided to postpone this retreat. I am still very interested in a retreat at a Thalassa center in Brittany as these types of health facilities have no equivalent in the USA, they are true gems you find in Europe and Northern Africa mostly. If you were interested, please contact me to be added to the list for the next one!
Christmas Rates until December 15th!
If you are a regular student of mine, and want to try one of Magi’s classes you will the opportunity to do so!

They have been used since ancient times as a means for food and healing and in recent times have become a popular method used in spas, for the oxygenation, toning, revitalization of the body and firming of the skin.
